The reason for the Support Group is to help people with problems such as Depression, Anxiety, Panic Attacks and how to live a better life.
It is also good to know that you are not alone out there and that there are many people with the same problems.
The way I run the groups is to cover stuff like fear, procrastination, anger, regrets etc. so it is a very hands on group. It is also fun because after all laughter is the best medicine.
I run group sessions on Skype on a Monday evening at 20h00 South African Time.
